Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every Heritage Line Co. product. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll make it right.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, undamaged items.

  • To start a return, email us at heritagelineco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, include any pictures.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is approved and received.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Need a different size or style? Reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on stock availability.

Preorders:

  • Preorder items can be canceled for a full refund before they ship. Once fulfilled, standard return rules apply.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
