All products are sold as described. Colors, materials, and prints may vary slightly based on screen settings or production batches.

2. Orders & Preorders
Payment is collected at checkout, including for preorder items.
Preorders will ship as soon as stock arrives. Estimated ship times are subject to change.

3. Pricing & Availability
We reserve the right to update prices, products, or availability at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and imagery on this website are the property of Heritage Line Co. and may not be used without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
Heritage Line Co. is not responsible for lost packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
